We have been working with Jay and their team to both train our dog and occasionally house-sit. Our dog is a big lard of love but also a bit unpredictable towards passersby. Which is to say that we're cautious about his caretakers. The incredible thing about Jay is how deeply they know and understand dogs. Jay knows how to balance loving reinforcement with discipline - for both dogs and their humans! We have learnt a tremendous amount from our training sessions with Jay and gained confidence in taking our dog off-leash, into public spaces, and more. Perhaps more importantly, we travel with complete peace of mind knowing that our dog is in great hands and that Jay will be able to deal with anything that comes up. Sylvia R.

They took super good care of both dogs, followed instructions well, and were super respectful of our home…they even washed our bedding and towels before we got home! Jay was fantastic! My wife and I were traveling for 2 weeks. Jay took care of our cats, and on rebooks our new Great Dane puppy Romeo. They took photos and spent time with the cats and puppy during each visit. When we returned home, our cats and puppy were calm and happy.
